TODDLERS (1 - 2 Years)

Accepting toddlers between 1 and 2 years, this spacious unit is divided into a floor play area and a messy play section. Children enjoy a host of activities including water play, sand pit and playdough games, nature walks, painting and crafts, and outdoor play. Again, we stress learning through play and generally having fun, with sleeping and rest rooms provided for when nursery children become tired.

In the toddler room the staff promote independence and have an excellent partnership with parents ensuring a 'home from home' routine for each child as set by the parents. The outdoor play area is set to the rear of the building with views over the picturesque Ribble Valley, enabling children to play alongside the farm animals and wildlife that surrounds us.

The Toddler room provides a welcoming and stimulating atmosphere to ensure the children are happy, cared for and nurtured to have the best possible start in life.
