Moorland Admissions
The biggest decision you can make as parents is in confidently choosing the right school and environment in which to socially and academically educate your children.
At Moorland, every day is an open day, with the children being at the very centre of everything that we do, and this ethos ensures that children return home from school happy.
We welcome children at any point within the academic year. There are no formal entrance examinations. We prefer to meet each child individually, and to invite them to spend a day or a week with us to ensure that the School, the parents and the child are confident that their educational needs can be met.
All we ask is for previous school reports, as our only admissions criteria are based upon behaviour. We pride ourselves on creating a family, caring and nurturing environment, upon where all children can develop and achieve their true academic and social potentials in confidence and happiness.
To learn more about Moorland School, you may download our prospectus or feel free to email me if you have any questions.
However, what better way to help your decision-making process than to visit us and see for yourself the difference an education at Moorland could make for your child. This can be arranged through one of our regular open days or an organised personal tour.

Arrange a Visit
Please feel free to make an appointment with me at your earliest convenience as I would relish the opportunity to show you and your family around our lovely warm, and small family coeducational day and boarding school and answer any questions you may have.
Simply complete and submit the form on this page and I will contact you to arrange a convenient date and time. Alternatively, you may call me.

Open Days
Open Days allow visitors to touch and feel the energy and excitement of a normal Moorland School day. Our skilled, experienced and dedicated teachers will be on hand to answer your questions; however the real stars of the show are our enthusiastic pupil guides.
In the Junior School, Parent Guides are on hand to offer advice and share their experiences with you. The Senior School tours also offer an opportunity to have an informal chat with some of our current students and their parents.

Individual Tours
Individual tours take place on weekdays during term time and offer an opportunity to meet with Admissions, teaching staff and take a tour of the school.
There is also an opportunity to witness the quality of the teaching and learning that takes place here at Moorland School.
Individual tours are made by appointment and usually take around 1-2 hours.
