It was fantastic to see all areas of our school taking part, from infants through to our own Headteacher!

As part of this event, the Junior School Council used their entrepreneurial and communication skills to work together choosing a cake competition as their fundraising method; it seemed appropriate the chosen theme would then be football, with funds raised going towards football sports equipment chosen collectively by the students for use in the private junior playground.

This theme inspired students to create a wide array of football-themed treats, from brownies to sharing cakes, we are all extremely impressed by every entry.  [/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=”25px”][vc_column_text]With a variety of entries from day students who brought cakes in cakes from home, and our boarding pupils created their treats with Annabella during an evening decorating session. Chef Rachel had a difficult decision to choose the winner of the competition, choosing a winner from each age category. Parents were invited to attend a coffee and cake evening to top off the event on Friday afternoon, with a stellar turnout across the board! [/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row css_animation=”” row_type=”row” use_row_as_full_screen_section=”no” type=”full_width” angled_section=”no” text_align=”left” background_image_as_pattern=”without_pattern”][vc_column][vc_empty_space height=”50px”][/vc_column][/vc_row]
