With the goal of the campaign being to spread joy, warmth and happiness, Moorland was overjoyed to be involved with this scheme, supporting local businesses and spreading joy within our community.

“Welcome Home’ saw Moorland pupils taking part in a competition. Using their imagination, creativity and art skills, the students were set the task of designing a greetings card for the new homeowners, following the theme of all things home related including pictures and details about The Ribble Valley. We saw some fantastic designs, incredible creativity and attention to detail.

Alexandra and Faith (Y4) are our very deserved ‘Welcome Home’ winners, they have been awarded a £50 gift voucher each for local business, The Paint Pot and their wonderful designs have been printed onto the greetings card given to the new homeowners, including a personalised message from each of them.

Barratt and David Wilson Homes sent Sales Manager, Kate Burrows to the school to award Faith and Alexandra their printed cards and gift vouchers, ceasing a press opportunity, the three were photographed with the winning designs.

We would like to say thank you to Barratt and David Wilson Homes for the opportunity to support local businesses and welcome the new residents.

We would also like to say congratulations to our winners, Faith and Alexandra. Well done to you both.[/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=”35px”][/vc_column_inner][/vc_row_inner][/vc_column][/vc_row]
