🏆 What an incredible week it has been at Moorland School Football Academy!
Our football teams have truly outdone themselves, reaching new heights and showcasing their talent on the national stage.
First up, on Super Thursday, our Under 16 team delivered an outstanding performance, beating a strong Repton School side 2-1 in a closely fought ESFA National Semi-Final. Despite the challenges posed by a heavy pitch, our team dug deep, displaying resilience and skill to secure their spot in yet another National Final. The determination and teamwork on display were truly inspiring.
And the excitement didn’t stop there! On Fantastic Friday, our Under 12’s took to the field in their own National Semi-Final showdown against a formidable Millfield side. With precision and determination, they played some fantastic football, eventually emerging victorious with a 2-0 win. It was a testament to their hard work, dedication, and unwavering spirit.
Both of our teams have now earned their places in the ESFA National Finals, and the anticipation for these upcoming matches is palpable.
